Print Competition

2007 was the 2nd year for East Coast School’s Student Print Competition. Images were created by students during the school week, using models and classmates, or existing images manipulated with techniques learned in the Photoshop class. Print competition was entirely optional but gave students an opportunity to use ideas demonstrated in class immediately to reinforce the learning experience. Instructors judged all entries and awarded 1^st, 2^nd and 3^rd places in three categories which were announced Wednesday night at the conclusion of the Sponsor’s Night festivities. In addition to impressive acrylic trophies, the overall Best of Show winner received a $500 scholarship to the 2008 school.
